The Architectural Review Committee is responsible for the approval of exterior change requests for the homes in Paddock Oaks.  It is their responsibility to ensure the standards set forth in the By-Laws are upheld and maintained for all homeowners.

The Architectural Review Committee consists of three members who are appointed by the Board of Directors based on nominations from the community.  The Committee will meet as needed and will have a Chairperson that heads the Committee.  The term for the seats of the Architectural Review Committee are co-terminus with the Board of Directors that appointed them.
